Golf Improvement Programme

The Golf Improvement Programme (GIP) is a total plan for your game, designed to your ability and goals. Personalised to you, with private tuition and group training combined for as long as you need them the GIP covers all aspects of your game.

How it works

We start with a skills evaluation, setting realistic and reasonable goals. This involves a one-hour player assessment, going through every club in your bag, and agreeing on a set of goals to improve every aspect of your game. You'll walk away with a practice plan and a high-speed video analysis of the session.

The player assessment is free to those signing up to the 'Tour' programme, or is a one-off fee of $75 for those signing up to the Velocity programme and is $99 for the Standard programme.

The programme then gives you an hour of personal tuition with the coach per month (including high-speed video) to reassess your practice plan, tweak your planned practice and 12 hours of group lessons where your practice is supervised by a GIP coach, working on your drills, and your goals.

The GIP is designed to improve your game by giving you a consistent individual coach, one on one training and combined with at least three supervised practice sessions per week.

GIPs is beneficial to golfers of all ability, from beginner through to scratch.

Why it works

It works because you've committed to the improvement goal and the programme builds repetition into your planned, and productive practice.

"Practice doesn't make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect."

What is Supervised Practice?
Supervised Practice is included in the Golf Improvement Programme and is designed to have Full Swing Golf Academy Coaching create a practice environment that encourages skill development. The perfect addition to private coaching, these sessions are all about observing your golf skills, identifying weaknesses, and giving you a recommended feel or drills for improvement. Thusly, the time spent on the range will maximise your goals and objectives so you can shoot lower scores on the golf course.

A Supervised Practice can have as little as 3 or as many as 30. People learn better in groups and you might even make some new friends to play golf with too.

What time is Supervised Practice?
Supervised Practice is offered at least three days a week at a designated time.

The full session will last 1 hour practicing under the watchful eye of Full Swing Golf Academy professionals. Sessions will be held on the driving range, short game area, and putting green. The sessions can be used once a week, twice a week, once a month, or whenever suits the player. You can come for the whole 1 hour or drop in at any time during the 60-minute Supervised Practice. Bookings are not essential.
